My love of any and everything vintage began in 2005. It was that year I began a searching for myspace vintage layouts. What began as a quest for vintage backgrounds turned into a passion for all things vintage.
Now I search vintage websites for everything from art deco furniture to vintage T-shirts. Oh, and of course my T-shirt featuring a Betty Boop background is worn with my vintage denim jeans. Right now I’m on the look for some cool jewelry from the 50’s to complete my look.
My most recent purchase was a vintage toy called a Sock Monkey. An aunt made one for me as a child, but it was lost along the way. Actually, I’d forgotten about it until seeing a vintage myspace layout on a website called Cleanupmyspace.com which featured a vintage background of sock monkeys. That vintage design, as well as one for Betty Boop, follows.
